Nouria's Leadership Team
Tony El-Nemr, President and CEO of Nouria Energy, emigrated from Lebanon in 1983 and studied mechanical engineering at Northeastern University. While there, he assumed an initial position in the retail gasoline business as an island attendant. He then purchased his first location in Auburn, Massachusetts. This site was a substandard facility, which he immediately turned around to one of the finest in the Shell Oil network. Tony had a determined vision of growth in the industry and began his fast paced acquisition of multiple Shell sites. He is an innovator, implementing several businesses on selected sites, including car washes, food service and QSR co-brand partners such as Dunkin' Donuts, Subway, McDonalds and others. Having a goal of 100 locations, Tony met this with the acquisition of Lampron Energy in Maine and in 2011 the purchase of 81 Motiva Enterprises sites carrying the Shell brand. Now, the new goal is half a billion gallons of fuel. Tony expects to accomplish this task with the highest standards in customer care, employee satisfaction and futuristic vision. Nouria Energy is Tony El-Nemr.
